The B'Oracle

I couldn't tell ya what the time was, time hadn't been invented yet. I couldn't tell ya how hot it was because there was no one to complain about the heat. It was just me, Archaeopteryx, a few Neanderthals (I know, I know, supposedly they are separated by 140 million years of evolution, but take it from the all knowing B’Oracle they partied with the same frothy beverage before they ate each other) and some spring cooled fermented grains.

The All Grain Brewer

So why should you listen to or trust what the All Grain Brewer is saying? What are his credentials? What is his experience?

I’ve been brewing beer since 1993. I’ve been brewing first-rate, award-winning beer since 2002, which is when I switched from partial mash extract brewing to all grain brewing. Although I have not kept a log of the number of batches that I have made, I would say that I am in the 75 batch area. Additionally I’ve been a certified beer judge through the BJCP judging program since 2007.

The Beer Fox

Cultured, yet finely brushed, the Beer Fox appears to be a specimen of healthy imbibing, lips glossed in mahogany malt, with a hint of floral hops feathering the surrounding air. Is she secretly a society bitch, a vixen with a showy tailpiece?

The taste of her latest kill leaves a tingle in the recesses of her mouth. Perhaps I should elaborate. Her “kill” is of the Barleywine species …was it Road Kill or the ever-present Cereal Killer? An alcohol level of 10% leaves her reeling with pleasure, a victim of kinesthetic sensations impressed upon her inner spirit.
