Saw your question regarding distilled water and thought I'd chime in. I've just started brewing and so far my water of choice is a comabination of tap water for the wort and Ozarka for replenishing loss. It saves me the time of boiling and cooling extra water and seems to work for now. My feelings may change as I get better at this. I'll wait for The All Grain Brewer on this before my next batch.
